Are there any good ways to find a group on PC, or Fo76 Find-A-Group subs?

Finding a group
If I wanted to play with other people, what is the best way to find a group? I play on PC and most of my buddies have console. My first day playing I ran into a random and played with him, but haven't since and I really found I enjoy the game a lot more playing with another person. I'm fairly low level, haven't played a ton due to kids and work but would love to be able to join a group of people when I can play.
