Randomly taking A LOT of damage.

So, twice this morning, on two different servers, I have been somewhere, two different locations, and with no enemies around, I would just take damage, I would estimate 20-30 hp/s, and pretty much immediately die. The first time it happened, I lost over 100lbs of junk, as trying to pick up my bag would just keep killing me. I have no diseases, and again, there were no enemies.

Has anyone else experienced this? It wasn’t just the random hit you take while you are walking around sometimes, it was full on, constant DoT.
