Right now the PvP element to the game is almost non-existent. To engage in PvP, both players have to shoot each other, and then it starts and you deal full damage. This is EXTREMELY unfair, as the person who shoots second will almost always win since they do the full damage right away, so they can just buff themselves (or not) and do full damage on the first shot and instantly win. The other part is just the fact that both players have to shoot to engage in PvP. A fight can just be completely avoided by running away, combat logging, fast traveling, etc. This is the last issue, combat logging and combat fast traveling. If you're getting attacked, you can just disconnect or fast travel, and you get no penalty. Can you make it so that fast traveling is disabled while you're being attacked (even if you haven't attacked them back) and that combat logging instantly kills your character?
If this doesn't work, could you make dedicated servers for PvP and PvE? That way people wouldn't be forced into PvP.
I honestly love this game and have been playing it since the minute it released (been almost 48 hours and I still haven't slept, been playing it nonstop) and I'm only trying to give suggestions like this because I myself hate this kind of thing, and I have seen so many people complain about it aswell. Please consider what I've stated, and keep up the good work devs!
