Please fix Movement speed/handling with Hunting Rifle (and other weapons)

It is my favorite (and currently my best) weapon. Each time you re-chamber a round, you slow down to ADS speed, and so does your camera movement. The same thing happens when reloading.
It feels so incredibly clunky to use.
