Few Small Questions For Todd

I have two questions for the one and only Todd Howard. I'll probably think of more but right now only have two

-In Fallout 76 is there going to be some form of an almost intelligent/peaceful super mutant like strong but not as intelligent as Brian Virgil

-In Fallout 4 there was a voice(s) for the sole survivor, I was wondering if there was going to be one for the player characters (Vault 76 Inhabitants). I know that there aren't any human NPCs in the game, however, I know some quests will be given from robots. So is the interaction between player characters and quest robots going to be silent or one-sided or are we going to see a voice actor voice the player characters?
