I'm having an issue with power armor stations. When I try to use them in my camp, as soon as I activate, the Craft and Modify options become grayed out, no animation plays, and I do not enter the crafting menu. Then, I can't interact with any other crafting items or instruments in my camp and can't fast travel ("you cannot fast travel at this time" error).

At first, it was just in my camp. Everything worked fine at the stations in Foundation. But now the same thing happens when I try to use those, and I also can't enter quest interiors when the bug triggers. The only thing that works to reset it is server hopping, but even then the bug still reactivates without fail whenever I try to use a PA station.

I use Quick Config with no mods or tweaks other than the quick loading option, which is very basic and shouldn't be affecting anything to my knowledge. Has anyone else run into this issue/know a fix? I'd really like to be able to modify my power armor again...
