Gunner cage opening CTD

Heyo.
Found my 2nd CTD. I set up one of those cages that spawns a unit of the certain type when you open it. I placed it in Sanctuary by a cluster of missle launchers.
As soon as I opened the cage, the dude stepped out. There was a pause, then the missiles flew followed by an immediate CTD. Anyone else run into this or have thoughts on potential fixes? I'm only running the Beth DLCs and improved textures along with Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource and Armorsmith Extended mods.
