Need some tips/advice for a survival play through.

So I’m thinking of starting a survival run on Xbox and I need some tips on what to do/not to do. I’ve never played survival but I do play on Hard/Very Hard every play through. Also, I’m not looking to use mods (except QOL ones, so you can recommend those if you want) and definitely not looking to use CC content except the BP one.
