Currently I'm having trouble with the game, that has ran just fine in the 20 hours of game time I've put into it so far. However I was having so frame drop issues in near diamond city, so I looked into a performance mod to try and fix it. well...

It hasn't worked, and seems to have done something to my game as a result. after removing said files, and verifying integrity, the issue still persisted, then I tried messing with my 3d setting, vsync on? check. Triple Buffering? check. power management mode on prefer performance? check. I'm missing the Max pre rendered frames option however. I've done all of that, and the dialogue is a tiny bit better but other than that its still in shambles. vie even tried limiting the FPS output to under 60 frames but the issue still persists.

It was at this point I'm finding my self absolutely and unequivocally baffled by this problem. I'm honestly considering having to reinstall the game, but with my internet connection that would take several hours. not to mention having to reinstall all of the mods I'm running through mod organizer. So i would much rather try to find a different solution to this problem if I can
