Nuka World Lucky Rabbit's Foot?

Yeah, this old chestnut. Has anyone ever actually had it drop?

It does indeed exist in the game files, but I also read on the interwebs that some people checked loot tables and they couldn't find it actually set to drop anywhere, despite the wiki page saying it has a very small random chance of being on dead raiders.
