She's a vendor you can find in the Commonwealth that sells a bit of NW goodies. You can convince here to go to NW instead of Diamond City. I didn't do that since I want a vendor in the 'wealth to buy ammo for Splattercannon without going to NW.
I can't find her after the initial encounter. Can't console to her since no refid. Does she and her people go around campsites or do they settle in an area?
