[Need Help] No "decorations" category after update

After downloading the most recent update I have lost the decorations category in my workbench. I have a fair amount of mods (PC) such as OCDecorator, Snap n Build, and some other smaller ones, as well as Settlement Keywords Expanded. I have played with the load order for hours but nothing seems to restore this category. Can anyone help?
