I'm up to 78 on my current character and there's still a ton of perks/stats I'd like to unlock. As most of you guys with high level chars know, quest XP becomes pretty meaningless at this point and it seems as if you're better off farming places with a high density of mobs.

So, two questions for you folks:

1. Good places to farm level-scaled mobs? I know that The Glowing Sea, Quincy Ruins, Gunners Plaza, Big John's Salvage, and Makra Fishpacking all have level-scaled mobs in good density. Any others I might have missed?

2. Places to farm Heavy Synth armor? I know of Makra Fishpacking, but are there any other high-level or scaled Synth areas I can farm Heavy Synth armor at? I'd like to kit out all my provisioners in it and the Institute vendor didn't sell any Heavy the few times I checked.
