So, I'm trying to figure-out if my game's glitching or not. I've been getting very inconstistent results about wearing Vault-Tec jumpsuits under other armor; it worked at the start, but that didn't stay that way, however, I've never tried an "Unmodiefied" suit for quite some time; and the "Utility" variant that provides bonuses doesn't seem to work at all, right from the begining. Nukapidia doesn't mention ANY of that, (doesn't even have an entry for/make-mention-of the "utility" version), so I'm wondering if someone can help me figure out if this is intended function, a glitch, or a "Consistent/Persitent" glitch that EVERYONE gets...?
