Just completed Nuka world, can’t seem to find Nisha anywhere to claim her weapon.

I finished Nuka world about 2 hours ago, I kept the operators and disciples as primary gangs cause they’re my favourite. I’ve already claimed the legendary weapon from mags however I can’t find Nisha anywhere.
Anyone know how I can fix this? Any help would be appreciated:)
