I've been offering unnodded to get the trophies on the PS5 version, and I generally don't budget with stealing but I am trying to get McCready affinity up and stealing is one of the easiest ways to do do it!. I have currently tried to steal from two different places with him near me and each time even though I definitely was not seen the people became hostile the next time I went over there.

First, it was Bunker Hill, and I've read that regardless of if you're seeing when you steal at Bunker Hill, you get attacked. The second place was the drumlin diner. I use the whole grab a container and push items away with it thing in order to steal and so I was nowhere near there when I stole but when I returned they attacked me.

In addition, I'm also having a major issue with sanctuary settlers randomly becoming hostile. Any advice on how to fix these things other than just giving up on my trophies and getting my mods back??
