Far harbor "Walk in the park" won't progress

Hello all. New to thr sub. I've played fallout 4 several times and decided to go back to it. I love it and actually used mods this time. I'm on PS5 and everything was perfect until I went to the DLC. After killing the first wave in far harbor nothing happens and won't progress. I've read that it's the unofficial fallout patch that causes this, so I uninstalled but even reloading saves before I even went to far harbor it still happens?

Can anyone help me? Should I load a save before I went to the Nakano resident? I am also running the "Special" mod but that's it. Thank you for any and all help.
