I'm having problems with the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch on Xbox One

So after spending many months in 76's Appalachia, I finally returned to the Commonwealth, excited to try some mods I've been told about, like America Rising 1/2 and Sim Settlements 1/2 among others. I remembered that the first one I get should be Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch (UFO4P).
When I updated the patch on Xbox One (ikik I'm broke) I got a message saying I couldn't use it because it was missing files it was dependent on? Can someone help me resolve this? Thanks!
