Why are these Creation Club items no longer purchasable?

I've been waiting for the Halloween bundle to return to get it, but other than that I also want to get the Nuka-Cherry armor paint and the Grognak & Manta Man Pip-Boy colors. Not a big deal, just curious why they are no longer for sale. Were they limited time only or something?
