Settlers randomly unassigned themselves even tho charisma is max

Hai, so like I have raiders and was making a big farm in starlight to supply them since they keep complaining about food but all my settlers just left all there jobs and like I wanna know why, my character is lvl 94 has nearly every location discovered beat all dlc but I only just killed Kellog at like lvl 87 I think? Still haven’t beat the game trying to have that be the last achievement I get ( I’m only Siding with one faction and not doing the rest) but I am doing all achievements as well. I’m on ps4 plz help
