About to replay Fallout 3 after a really long time (10 years?) - What quality of life and basic mods do you recommend?

Like the title says, I haven't played Fallout 3 in a really long time. Probably since release. Thinking about doing a new play through and I don't want to go over the top with anything too crazy, but I do like to get basic quality of life mods and such. Any recommendations?

It comes with a mod called Benny Humbles you, lowers a couple special stats and steals your gear; you can get it all back later on :)
