So like the title says, I refuse to use HDR or Bloom in fallout 3 because with either one of those turned on most surfaces that are anywhere near a light source just becomes a washed out blur, but without one of those options turned on, my nuka cola quantums are just grey, they have no blue color or glow at all. they almost look like an empty nuka cola bottle but a tiny bit darker.

the point of this post is to see if anybody knows of a way to fix this WITHOUT turning on HDR or Bloom in this game. I have already tried this mod from nexus https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/14397?tab=description . but it does jack shit and the mod creator in the posts section just basically got really defensive after somebody mentioned that it didn't work, and as far as I can see there are no other mods that are aimed at "fixing" this particular issue, and just googling this problem brings up a ton of links to people asking "what is a nuka cola quantum" "why does everybody try to collect quantums" etc. etc. basically just some really odd questions as if the answer isn't already laid out in the games lore

but long story short, if anybody can give me any help with this then I very much thank you.
