I've finished Fallout 3 several times and it's my favorite out of the series, but I've always played kind of similar character with Good karma playthrough, I never actually sided with Tenpenny and destroyed Megaton, I've never sided with slavers of Paradise Falls or wiped out Underworld.
Even though it's 'just' a video game I still feel terrible for the characters and I want to do good deeds, however I decided to do one evil playthrough now, is it really worth the 'stress'? :D
I'm in the middle of an Evil Playthrough and man is it tough sometimes. Just being a jerk locks you out of some quests which really sucks. (Pro-war books to the Arlington Library for example and Bloodties in Arefu) So I don't want to lose out on quests so I've been doing more neutral responses to at least get the quest. Then just kill/enslave everyone afterwards.
