I have a question concerning Fallout: New Vegas, please help…

Alrighty, I may have some issues and I’m not sure how to move forward. (Here’s a little back story to get you on track.)

I started the game, got booped on the snoot by a chessboard, woke up in a scary old mans house who showed me ink blots for some damn reason, left, right, up and down I went till I did a thing at Primm, got an eye bot that people constantly have to fucking remark on, try to sneak past some deathclaws on a big road, couldn’t, went down an old road that said I shouldn’t, did it anyway, ED-E took care of the cazadors and I was on my way to The Strip. Got in, took a watergun from a sleeping child like the good little piece of shit I was starting to become, had a vague memory of it costing 500 caps to get into the Tops, remembered I had to help the king in order for that to happen, helped the king(did like the first mission for him and decided I would just put together 2000 caps for my Credit Karma score, visited Mick and Ralph and they had nothing for me, went to Gomorrah, (this is where my question begins to come into play) I decided I didn’t like those prick Omertas because a whore seemed scared of them, aaaaannnnnddddd then I killed every last NPC(yes including the whores and gamblers) in the building… a few named NPCS died and I started to worry that I fucked myself some how, decided it was to late to stop now so I went into the Lucky 38 and killed every single Securitron in Vegas, Mr House obviously had nothing to say so I left, hunted down the chessboard that put a silver Advil in my head, beat his croneys to death with drugs and a pool cue, and decided that the rest of the Chairmen should “follow suit” now I’m on my way to brutally murder a checker pattern on 2 legs… my only problem is: did I mess anything up by killing all of those people?

I have never completed Fallout new Vegas I just have had several sandbox style play throughs were I didn’t do any quests.
