Fallout NV crashing help?

Anybody know why it would be constantly crashing every time I try and load it up? I've played it quite a bit on this computer, and it's the steam version but for some reason it crashes immediately upon starting. Even in minimum settings. I verified files, ect. Can anybody help me?
