SOL Survey Advice

Looking for pilots that have done the interview process with SOL Survey. Unfortunately nothing available on social media or Airline Interviews site. Not looking for an extensive ‘gouge’ per say, just how many interviews, what technical questions were asked, like weather, ME operations, etc, or, was it more meet-n-greet kind of interviews?
First one is only a half hour with multiple people on, seems like a short time for anything extensive unless there are multiple interviews.
