Hey, everyone I’m 21 years old and finally going to start my flight training next month. I’m going to an AME for the very first time next week. To get a first-class medical, and somewhat nervous. I’m 5’10, 200 pounds, and I don’t drink, smoke, or vape. I do left weight; that’s why I'm a little overweight. The biggest reason why I’m scared is from the eye testing part, “20 feet vision test." I did a general eye exam two months ago, and on the last part of the Snellen chart, it says "#8." I did see the small letters, but they were quite blurry. I know that I can see from far and close. I just wanted some reading glasses, and the clinic gave me reading glasses, so whenever I sit in front of a screen, I should've gotten the ones where you can see close and far distances instead of just close “reading glasses." What do you guys think?
With 0.5 0.5 correction you might be able to squint your way to victory but careful lol, also DEFPOTEC
