Got a final interview coming up, no gouges found on the usual sites and no one coming forward in FB groups or willing to say much about the company.
Smallish charter, fourteen C208s, all sea planes, seems like a good experience opportunity but the pay and contract are pretty bad.
My question is, anyone have recent experience with this company?
Any insight into their commitment to getting pilots upgraded to PIC/Capt?
Any hope of getting an offer and countering with more reasonable pay and contract terms?
