Hey guys , I found no clear answers on the internet . I had a motorcycle accident 5 years ago and lost my left kidney and spleen due to the trauma . That being said today I live on no medications I am fit and healthy and going to the gym to build of for this factor . As per FAA regulations it isn’t clear on this specific condition does anyone know if this disqualify for a first class medical ? And on the same topic I want to know for EASA also if I can qualify for that .

For the FAA I’m almost certain your fine, your not on any meds and your condition isn’t progressive. But as always, check with an AME
