Post Body

Anybody have any advice on what to throw or methods? I have a canoe so I can float and waders if the water is lower. My primary rod would be a Sage Foundation 4wt. From what I've been reading i should primarily be throwing terrestrials, maybe cicada patterns, or smaller streamers. I've mostly fished smaller "rivers" in SC with limited success, kinda intimidated by such a larger river. I would be in the tailwaters under Norris Dam State Park. Not going to the VA part of the river.
