I know I can’t be the only one that is feeling this weird flu symptoms right? Feeling so weak , not being able to sleep long , sore head , coughing , body temp up and down , throat feeling off and feeling nauseous.. last time I felt this it was 2019/2020 start of the year and it was Covid.. I have since had Covid 6 times since then and got diagnosed with long Covid. Am I just traumatised by back then or is something actually going on?. I live alone so I don’t really see people to get sick like that. I have no energy whatsoever I’m having to push myself to go and pick up food. Anyone any tips or feeling the same ?.
