Do most couples in FLR relationship use chastity cages?

My wife and I have been slowly converting our marriage into an FLR. When we were negotiating our rules about sex, we mutually decided that considering my TPV (total penis volume) is under 8 and my AIS (average intercourse stamina) is well under 1 minute, that I deserve to have an orgasm no more than once a month. She was also adamant that once a month was the maximum and the SHE would decide if and when I should cum. I was pretty reluctant on that, but considering it's an FLR, I didn't figure I should argue the point with her.

It has now been 11 weeks, since my last orgasm! Believe me, I reminded her when the first month was up, and also, when the second month had passed. She just said, "I'll think about it, but don't get your hopes up"

I am allowed to play with myself and It's ok if I edge myself, but under no circumstances am I allowed to have a orgasm, ruined orgasm or ejaculate at all without her previous approval.

Being denied totally turns me on! I've had zero problems fallowing the the rules. I personally agree that my penis is pretty useless and underserving.
