Advice for/against sub drop?

Post Body

So my GF took her first steps as a domme today and it was quite intense. We both are still experimenting and checking things out so I actually had to use my safe word. But not because of pain or some disgusting stuff but because of tickling. She kept tickling for 10 minutes straight and I HATE tickling.

Before we teied D/S or FLR tickling was always a HARD no go. Now she takes whatever she wants (and I love it) but why on earth does it have to be tickling?!?

Anyways, after the "session" I experienced extreme headache, tiredness and other symptoms that I know from when depression hits hard and we both weren't sure if D/S is even the right thing for me if it throws me into a depression pit.

But after some research on the webs, we concluded that it was most likely "just" a sub drop and apparently that's normal!?

Does anyone have any advice for/against that extreme low after sessions? Is it just that severe because it was basically my very first real D/S session? Does it get easier after a while?

Any advice is appreciated :)
