I’m getting to know a guy who has no experience with FLR, and he claims it is what he wants. I was hesitant at first because I don’t typically date men with no relationship experience within D/s, I’m giving him a chance though.
Everything I’ve asked him about his preferences, relationship structure, motivations have all been left with some version of “I don’t know” - and it’s because he hasn’t experienced it before.
Note that I’m not talking about the kink stuff. I’m attempting to get him to discuss the relationship side of FLR. He needs to do some of his own work to overcome his inexperience.
I’ve done a lot of my own learning, I participate in the local community, and I have a strong network of dominant women who I can turn to for support and advice.
I’m planning on assigning him some resources to further his thinking and his ability to envision what an FLR is like in reality.
What books, podcasts, videos, etc have helped you develop your thoughts and understanding of FLR, power exchange, authority transfer, and your role as a submissive man?
TIA!
