Hello. I am a FLR enthusiast, with no real experience. My question is to folks who've been in FLRs for a long time now. I believe that as is the case with most relationships, there must be trying/testing circumstances with FLRs too. As FLRs are fairly unconventional, I'm sure the issues y'all face/faced, if any must be somewhat unique too.

Have there been times where you've questioned the future of your FLRs? Did you doubt your choices? What are some of the lows your FLRs went through? How was it recovering from those? Basically, any difficulties, emotional, physical, psychological or otherwise that troubled your FLRs in any way. I know sharing such experiences can be tough, but it would really give us a sense of what problems one can expect to encounter if one wishes to cultivate a strong, sustainable FLR.
