I’ve done a bit of reading and FLR seems to strike a chord in my (49M) mind. It feels like that is 100% the dynamic I want in my life. The issue is every time I bring it up with the wife (45) the interest is not there. What are ways that I can slowly give her more leadership so that it the end we’re living it without it even being acknowledged? I realise this is about me, but I do think it would help her with her self-confidence in the end.
