My wife and I are tossing around the idea of moving to Florida. I'm not really sure of the google-fu it would take to find the perfect spot because I've tried and tried, but thought someone who lived in the area could make a snap judgement. If anyone has a moment to shout out some communities at least, that would be greatly appreciated!

Here are our priorities:

• Somewhere where our wedding photography / videography business could thrive. So population money in proximity. She's full time, and I work the events. I've been both a CNC Moldmaker / CNC Programmer / Machinist and Computer Programmer, and I'll find something somewhere.
• Strong school districts.
• She would really like to be anchored to the Orlando area. Within an hour or so at least/
• Somewhere where ~$250k could buy a three bedroom and 4-10 acres of ground, so that probably precludes us from being super close.
• Decently close access to hunting and saltwater fishing opportunities.
