Why is I-4 always backed up in polk county around exits 48 to 60?

Is it the lack of people's driving skills?

Why do people continue to drive like ass? Do they not learn from their shitty driving?

Watching daily collisions due to stupidity and having people cut me off when there is half a car length between myself and the vehicle in front of me, watching idiots cut off 18 wheelers and the crime rate is ridiculous with police doing nothing. I had a sheriff behind me while I was on a 1 way street and someone went the wrong way down the street, sheriff just shrugged his shoulders and didn't do a thing. What are the point of having laws and regulations when police do next to nothing. Only thing I seen them do is pull over people speeding. Going straight through red lights, left on red, right on red without looking. How did these people get a drivers license? Calling the police because someone tried breaking into my house twice and them not showing up is piss poor. Idiots trying to rob me 7 times in 3 years, cops i guess won't care until I start pulling the trigger.
