Post Body

I'm 73, own a double wide mobile home in South Florida. With the costs of insurance (both car and home) going up, and ground rent going up a lot on 1st of January, and house rental prices are way out of my income, a buddy and I are actively talking about moving in together. Has anyone else used this solution?

What advice would you give as to what kind of sub-lease agreement we sign?
