Iād love to hear your debate. Iām currently starting to actually look at houses (buying something small older and pre-owned). Some of these houses have split living space with two small sitting rooms (a family room and a living room) while others have one larger space (normally still labeled living room as none of the houses Iām seeing are large).
So in your option what are the pros and cons of each?
I feel like for me no kids a great room makes more sense, if having kids having a separate space for fun/family vs other things might be useful.
What do you think in general?
