Already built and living in it, but I’ve always been curious to see what I maybe could’ve done differently or more efficiently. The design was based on one I had seen with a similar layout but had an enclosed courtyard instead of the one I have that actually leads to the outside. The tea room was a challenge but I think it turned out nicely in the end. I think the only significant change from these plans to final product was that we added a small sink to the kitchen island and we decided to get rid of the concrete slab outside by the courtyard.
Seems too busy. Burn it down and start over.

I mean, or post a floor plan without so many unnecessary dimensions on it. It’s hard to tell what the actual floor plan even is.
