Just finished drawing my ideal house which I'm intending on buildung within the next 10 years.
Would love some feedback.
If they are French Canadian they are no doubt colder in both the literal AND figurative sense.
Why pay someone with training? Influencers are professionals at whatever they decide to do.
I think it’s aspirational. OP stated he was making $4300/month just six months ago.
How much time are you spending on the crapper that it’s interfering with your relationship? A grown human should be on the toilet 15 minutes in a day, max. Unless you both come down with diarrhea at the same time this should not be a problem worth the investment in additional plumbing.
Just seems like a lot of additional expense to put a hole in the middle of the building. Could you not have the same type of space off the back of the home, then capture rainwater off the roof? I understand not everyone has the same priorities (yes, even Americans) but I don’t understand how one could need both an office AND a huge study. That whole wing of the home feels like it’s a small corporate layout for a boss and 2-3 employees.
I never knew people were so anxious/obsessive about their toilets. More power to you. I wouldn’t have thought of adding a second stool even if I were purposely trying to burn through money.
The atrium serves no point. Why is the garage so far away from the house? Elevation change? You need a library/study AND an office but only three bedrooms? The study is bigger than your kitchen. Start over!
