How would you reconfigure this floorplan for there to be a nice master bedroom. Right now the master bath has a fireplace which is a nice feature, but the bedroom is narrow and the bathroom is super small. 1970's built house. Idea would be to have minimal changes and modifications to the existing walls/framing to help keep costs minimal and just add in new walls where needed. The bedroom on the left is long and narrow. The bottom of the photo is the front of the house. This a house we are flipping, so having this be done economically is important to us.
