Moscow Domodedovo in P3D V4?

I found a scenery on Simmarket for Domodedovo https://secure.simmarket.com/mdesign-moscow-domodedovo-airport-uudd-fsxp3dv1.phtml but i can't find anything if it works in P3D V4. I had a look on VatRus and this scenery came and says it does work in P3D V4 but i am dubious that it does and i don't want to waste money buying a scenery which won't work in my sim. I am aware of Moscow City X which is Domodedovo but this scenery is more detailed.
