Cornstarch clumping with lube?

With my Fleshskins toy, whenever I clean it I dust it with corn starch to ensure it is thoroughly dry before putting away. Whenever I go to use it again, the lube always causes the cornstarch to clump up. This doesn’t happen with my other Fleshlight (also dust with cornstarch). Any ideas on why this happens with only the Fleshskins? Any ideas on how to prevent it? Thanks!
