Reutilizing 3D LED mag lite… battery choices?
Post Body

Hello,

I know there are plenty of compact LED flashlights using 18650 or AA, AAA batteries now. I have this 3D Led maglite just sitting in my drawer and I want to just put in my vehicle and check on it once a month to make sure it works. I plan on getting some rechargeable D sized batteries for it but came across NiMH or D sized 1.5v Li-ion claiming to have 10000mAh.

Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences with these Li-ion batteries in either D, C, AA, etc form factor? They seem too good to be true - 10000mah, 1.5v, individual USB C charging.
