Looking for good spotlight headlamp

Okay, I've done my research, I've read the reviews from TG, but I can't seem to just narrow down my selection.
All I really need is a good spotlight that doesn't dim a lot.
I'm going frog gigging, and I really need something with a narrow beam to shine in their eyes to blind them. I saw the Thumper thrower, but they're unavailable everywhere I look.
I've done my research, and I'm still coming up empty handed. Can someone point me in the right direction?
