Because of some sales right now I could get the sp33s for only ~35$ or the ts22 for right under 30$ (I'm in college kinda). I'm mostly looking on aliexpress as I have patience to a degree.

I'm very interested in getting a 21700 or 26650 (bigger than 18650, but not necessary) light with a power bank function preferably. I'm needing: great output, sustained high/turbo, and very cost effective. I'm leaning towards sp33s but slightly more throw would be nice. I do already have an emisar D4 but I'm not in love with it. Any similar recommendations are wonderful!

Along with the decent flood I'm looking at the Sofirn IF22A as a thrower. Sticking to the Sofirn family is why I'm leaning towards it but recommendations on budget throwers that aren't awkward/big is great!

I'm not married to anything listed but they're close to what I'm looking for, any recommendations are welcome!
