What flashcard for new 3DS XL with 200GB + microSD card ??

I have a new 3DS XL (last firmware, no CFW) and I want to use my 200GB microSD-XC (FAT32 formatted) that I have all the DS collection (185GB). Which flashcard should I use for that ? Has anyone ever tried to use a 200-256GB microsd card in a flashcard on a new 3DS (no CFW) with success ??
