What are some features we're definitely not getting back in-browser?

So, there's a bunch of competing replacements for Flash, some of which will allow Flash content to still run in-browser.
However, I understand there's a bunch of features which simply cannot be replaced. Most obvious ones are access to the clipboard (a few gimmicky games will be bricked) and arbitrary filesystem access (was this even a thing in modern Flash?), but what else is definitely not coming back?
